Exchange & Returns

Return policy – Essenti

At Essenti we do everything to satisfy you as a customer. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to help you return your product. Below you can read how our return process works.


1. General

You have the right at MyEssenti.com to request a return within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Conditions for returns:

* The item is undamaged, unused, and unopened

* Original packaging and labels are present

* You can show a proof of purchase or order number

Requesting a return? Always contact us first via info@essenti.nl.
Returns are usually processed through our suppliers, so we will send you the correct return address after your request. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be accepted.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense, unless it is an error on our part.


2. Damage or wrong delivery

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is something wrong? Such as a damaged product, a defect, or a wrong item?
Then email us directly via support@myessenti.com, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible.


3. Exchanges

Do you want to receive a different item? Return the current item and then place a new order.
This is how you receive the desired product the fastest.


4. Right of return within the EU

According to the right of withdrawal of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The return conditions remain the same: the product must be unused and in its original condition.


5. Refunds

As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days via the payment method you used.

Please note: it may take a few working days before the refund is visible in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
